YANOS Products are among the 100 Best Goods in Russia

Motor gasoline of high-octane environment class K5, grade AI-100, became a laureate, and improved oil roofing bitumen, grade BNK-U 45/190, was awarded a diploma of the All-Russian competition in the nomination “Products for industrial and process purposes”.
Gasoline AI-100-K5 has been produced at PJSC “Slavneft-YANOS” since January 2021. High environmental characteristics of the fuel are achieved due to the fact that in its manufacture components with a low content of sulfur, benzene and olefins are used. This fuel is recommended for use primarily to owners of cars with modern turbocharged engines and is distributed under the appropriate brands through the networks of Rosneft and Gazprom Neft filling stations. Its high anti-knock properties (or octane characteristics) make it possible to fully unleash the potential of the vehicle's power unit, increase the acceleration dynamics and feel the economy of fuel consumption. In addition, AI-100-K5 gasoline can reduce the formation of deposits in the manifold and on the engine valves as well as reduce the level of noise and vibration. The balanced component and fractional composition of the fuel ensures stable engine operation at any time of the year.
In addition to the status of the winner, the oil product received honorary diplomas “New Product of the Year” and “Golden Hundred”. The latter is intended to highlight the first hundred best products among the total number of laureates of the competition. The products included in the "Golden Hundred" surpass their competitors in quality, environmental friendliness and safety both at the stage of production and at the stage of application. When forming the list of the "Golden Hundred", information received from Rosstandart, Roskachestvo, regional quality commissions as well as information available from the media about the reputation of the product and the enterprise that produced it, are taken into account.
The diploma winner of the competition - improved oil roofing bitumen, grade BNK-U 45/190, is in demand in the production of modern roofing and wall materials: roll hydro and vapor barrier, flexible tiles and facade tiles.
Compared with the current GOST 9548-74, the new roofing bitumen has improved characteristics of the penetration depth of the needle at 25°C (a parameter that determines the hardness of bitumen), flash point (characterizes the degree of danger of bitumen when it is heated), the mass fraction of paraffin (affects the adhesive ability bitumen) which provides an increase in the performance properties of bitumen, affecting the manufacturing process of roofing materials. According to the results of the competition, the petroleum product was also awarded the title of "New Product of the Year".
PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS" has been a permanent participant in the All-Russian Program "100 Best Goods of Russia" since 2001. Various types of the refinery’s products are annually included in the list of the best domestic goods. It should be noted that enterprises whose products become the winner of the competition receive the right to label them with the sign “100 best goods of Russia”.
