YANOS became one of the best industrial enterprises of the region
On October 17th, the Day of Industry of Yaroslavl region took place in “Millennium Concert Hall”. Top managers of the region leading enterprises took part in this activity including Nikolay Karpov, General Director of JSC “Slavneft-YANOS”, Dmitry Stepanenko, Head of Yaroslavl Region Government, members of Industry and Trade Ministry, RF Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Russian Export Centre, Industry Development Fund, Process Development Agency, GK “Rostech”, “Skolkovo” Innovation Centre.
More than 300 industrial enterprises and specialized federal government agencies took part in this forum which has already been conducted for seven years in succession.
“Yaroslavl industry is growing at present” – Dmitry Stepanenko started his speech, - “during the 8 months of the year 2017 industrial production index comprised 120 percent and about 102 percent in Russia. Moreover, during longer than 6 months Yaroslavl region is on the first place for this parameter in the Financial Record Centre reports. We are doing our best for the development of perspective industrial branches, creating new enterprises, enlarging of tax imposed base”.
In the course of the Day of Industry, the best industrial enterprises were awarded with the prizes.
The special prize for being “Socially responsible industrial enterprise of the region” was given to JSC “Slavneft-YANOS” by the judges of a contest.
“Our collective employment agreement is the best in the region. It guarantees the package of bonuses and measures for supporting the Refinery employees including the salary indexation, providing the high quality medical assistance, health resort treatment and a lot of other measures”, noted Nikolay Karpov – “However the idea of social responsibility is definitely wider – it covers the responsibility for the environment protection of such complicated enterprise as ours and participation in the social projects which are now being implemented in Yaroslavl region with YANOS help. 78.5 million rubles will be given by YANOS in the current year for financing the charity projects under the Agreement for cooperation with the region government.
