YANOS again became the winner of the regional competition “The best company in social partnership”

The results of the sixth regional competition “The best company in social partnership in 2009”

were announced on the 30-th of June in Yaroslavl. JSC “Slavneft-YANOS” was nominated the winner of the above competition among the industrial enterprises for the third time. JSC “Slavneft-YANOS” conducts the policy aimed at the provision of the adequate level of life for its employees and the improvement of the social climate in the region.

Social and labor relations in the company are regulated for the Collective Agreement between the administration and the Trade Union of YANOS. JSC “Slavneft-YANOS” occupies the leading position among the industrial enterprises of Yaroslavl in the level of labor bonuses. The social benefits package of each employee includes free of charge meal, medical insurance, paid annual leaves and commercial pensions for the retired as well as many other benefits.
