YANOS again became the Winner of the Competition "Russian Enterprise of High Social Efficiency"

The results of the competition were summed up on December 24th at the regional House of Trade Unions. In a solemn atmosphere, the Acting Deputy Head of the Yaroslavl Region Anatoly Gulin presented honorary diplomas to the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS" Alexander Badazhkov.
PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS" has repeatedly become the winner in the nomination "For the development of social partnership", demonstrating high results from year to year in ensuring a decent standard of living and social support for the company's employees. This is possible thanks to the Collective Agreement in force at the refinery - a document that outlines the main directions of YANOS's social policy as well as guarantees for employees - for example, annual indexation of wages, voluntary medical insurance, preferential assistance to families with children and other social support measures. The Collective Agreement of YANOS has been recognized as the best in the Yaroslavl region more than once and the trade union organization is one of the most numerous in the region.
The first place in the nomination "For the formation of a healthy lifestyle in industrial companies" was awarded to the enterprise for the first time and is a recognition of the efforts of PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS" not only in promoting a healthy lifestyle in the Yaroslavl region, but also in the development and support of sports among employees. In total, in 2021, about 400 employees of the enterprise were involved in YANOS sports events. To attract refinery workers to fitness and sports, the refinery annually holds winter and summer sports days, organizes family sports events, supports the participation of athletes in major public events in the region - for example, the Deminsky ski marathon and the Golden Ring half marathon. The Company has its own volleyball and football teams which represent it with dignity at the city, regional and federal levels.
We should note that this year 128 companies from different municipal districts and urban districts fought for the victory in the regional stage of the competition "Russian company of high social efficiency" which submitted 157 applications for 15 nominations.
