The results of the contest for the best innovation among young employees were summed up at JSC "Slavneft-YANOS"


On December 2, 2010 a ceremony of awarding winners of the III  youth contest for the best innovation took place at JSC "Slavneft-YANOS". 35 technical proposals were submitted for participation in the contest, in the development of which young specialists of the refinery took part.


The contest commission  recognized the following proposals to be the best: in the category "Production" - innovation "Modification of the scheme for discharge of hot vacuum residue from VT-3 unit using heat exchangers T-302 A,B" co-designers of which were young specialists D. Cherny, A. Altufiev; in the category "Power engineering" - "A heating scheme of   fuel gas by steam condensate", among developers of this technical proposal - P. Patrikeev, S. Perov, I. Chekalkin. In the category "Environment, industrial safety" the winner became the innovation "A scheme of gas return at tank trucks loading", prepared with participation of the young specialists M. Pikhtov, S. Pronin. Economic effect from implementation of the said innovations was estimated as 4 mln, 3 mln and 12 mln 522 thous. Ruble accordingly.


The contest commission also noted a number of the refinery employees displayed a high creative activity at development new technical decisions: P. Patrikeev, Deputy Chief of Workshop # 4, A. Smirnov, Head of L-24/6 Unit, S. Perov, Head of HPU-2, A. Fedorov, Mechanical Engineer of L-24/6 Unit, D. Cherny, Process Engineer, Commissioning Department, A. Altufiev, Chief Operator of VT-3 Unit and S. Rumyantsev, Head of Research Group, Refinery Central Laboratory.


Summing up of the results of contest for the best innovation was conducted within the frame of VI scientific and research youth conference of JSC "Slavneft-YANOS", which is traditionally held at the end of the year. Young specialists of YANOS, as well as their colleagues from Omsk, Ryazan, Kirishi and Saratov refineries took part in this conference.
