Becoming a participant in the competition is an opportunity for the companies to demonstrate an active internal corporate policy, achievements in working with personnel, improving operation conditions and labor protection, developing social partnership, promoting a healthy lifestyle as well as drawing public attention to the importance of solving social issues at the level of the companies, identifying the best projects that create a positive social image not only for the participants of the competition, but for the entire region. Thus, this year the social projects of YANOS took the leading positions in four nominations. In three of them: "For the formation of a healthy lifestyle in the companies of the industrial sector", "For the development of social partnership in the companies of the industrial sector", "For the contribution of social investment and charity to the development of the areas" - the enterprise became the winner. For the project in the nomination "For the development of human resources in industrial companies" the refinery was awarded a prize. In addition, two winning projects: for the development of social partnership and for the formation of a healthy lifestyle - were nominated for participation in the all-Russian stage of the competition.
For many years, PJSC Slavneft-YANOS has been consistently pursuing a policy aimed at creating decent operation conditions, and the Collective Agreement in force at YANOS has been repeatedly recognized as the best in the Yaroslavl Region. The document provides for a wide range of social benefits and guarantees for employees, including various bonus payments, voluntary medical insurance, benefits for families with children, and much more. The enterprise also supports the implementation of significant social projects in the field of education, healthcare, sports, develops and improves public areas, provides assistance to veteran organizations and socially vulnerable groups of the population.

PJSC Slavneft-YANOS was Highly Appreciated by Several Social Projects Implemented at the Enterprise On December 13, the Government of the Yaroslavl Region hosted the honoring of the winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Russian Enterprise of High Social Efficiency". Projects for the competition were submitted by 105 companies from various industries. 91 companies from 17 districts of the region took part in the municipal (qualifying) round of the regional stage of the competition. In the regional round of the competition, the expert working group reviewed 65 applications from 45 companies in 14 nominations. Among them was PJSC Slavneft-YANOS, which is a regular participant and multiple winner of the competition. The awarding of the finalists of the regional stage took place in the Government of the Yaroslavl region. The awards for work in the field of social policy and the development of social efficiency were presented to the contestants by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government Larisa Andreeva. PJSC Slavneft-YANOS was represented at the event by Chief Engineer Nikolay Vakhromov and Chairman of the Trade Union Committee Alexander Badazhkov.
