YANOS Became a Diploma Winner of the Russian Government Prize in the Field of Quality
PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS" was recognized as the winner of the most prestigious award in the field of quality. The list of diploma winners was approved by the Council of the Government of Russia in the field of quality chaired by the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov.
The Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of quality is awarded annually on a competitive basis for the achievement of significant results in the field of product and service quality as well as the introduction of highly effective management methods.
The competition was held in several stages. After forwarding the application, on the basis of the submitted reports the experts evaluated the participants in absentia according to a number of criteria. Not only the results of production and economic activities are taken into account but also the conditions of cooperation with partners, participation in social and environmental programs. This year Roskachestvo received 402 applications from 67 regions of Russia, about 50 enterprises, including PJSC “Slavneft-YANOS”, entered the final stage.
A face-to-face expert assessment of the enterprise took place in September. During the study, meetings were held with top managers of YANOS, representatives of the Department of Investments and Industry of the Yaroslavl Region and the regional authority body of Rosstandart. The experts visited various departments of the Refinery's services. At the final meeting with the managers of YANOS, the high level of training of specialists and the readiness of all employees for dialogue were noted.

We are sure that participation in the competition will become another incentive in improving the quality of products, improving the production management system and further development of the enterprise”, - said Nikolay Karpov, General Director of PJSC “Slavneft-YANOS”.
PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS" is one of the five leading oil refineries in Russia with a processing volume of 15 million tons of oil per year, produces more than 40 types of oil products, including motor fuels of Euro-5 standard, it is a backbone company of the Russian economy and one of the largest taxpayers in the region . The quality of Yaroslavl oil products has been confirmed by awards from various competitions. In 2009, PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS" was already awarded the title of laureate of the RF Government Prize in the field of quality (based on the results of operation in 2008).
