"Slavneft-YANOS" took part in the work of the XVth Coordination Council for Industrial Cooperation

The meeting of the 15th Coordination Council for Industrial Cooperation under the Department of Investments and Industry of the Yaroslavl Region was held on September 9 in the format of videoconferencing. PJSC “Slavneft-YANOS” acted as a co-organizer of the event.

The meeting was attended by about 30 small and medium-sized businesses in the region. Seven of them made presentations of their production capabilities for the needs of PJSC "Slavneft-YANOS", introduced the leaders of the largest enterprise in the region to the services and goods offered.

In their turn, the specialists of the oil refinery spoke about the specifics of procurement activities, informed about the possibilities of participation in the bidding procedures and the requirements for suppliers of goods and services of the enterprise.

“– Our bidding procedures are open and transparent. Since 2018, we have been conducting purchases, including on the electronic platform, and we are ready to conduct information and explanatory work to expand the range of potential suppliers and contractors, provide equal opportunities for everyone who wants to cooperate with our refinery including small and medium-sized businesses”, – said Nikolay Karpov, General Director of PJSC “Slavneft-YANOS”.

The Coordinating Council for Industrial Cooperation under the Department of Investments and Industry of the Yaroslavl Region was established in 2017. As the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government Maxim Avdeev told the meeting participants, 15 meetings have been held since that moment with the participation of large companies that have become customers of the products of Yaroslavl manufacturers. More than 100 Yaroslavl enterprises were able to present their capabilities, the amount of contracts they concluded with large Russian companies is estimated at 3.3 billion rubles.

“– The work of the Coordination Council is an important component of the Regional Government's activities on supporting small and medium-sized businesses, establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises with large customer companies, – said Maxim Avdeev. – This is a significant support in the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium Business and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives."
